Growing In Motion

Keith Parker opened Growing in Motion as he saw a need to provide occupational therapy services to older children (ages 3 and up) in the area. Keith also owns and operates the early intervention company, My Therapy Tree, which provides in-home therapy to children ages 0-3.

Keith has been a pediatric occupational therapist for 10 years. He believes in a well-rounded approach to help children grow!

He has advanced training working with children who have sensory processing difficulties and is certified in Sensory Integration Praxis Testing (SIPT). He has training in reflex integration along with other certifications in Tomatis®, Therapeutic Listening, Interactive Metronome, and Integrated Listening Systems. Keith also has training in Handwriting Without Tears which is a developmentally appropriate approach to fine motor skill development. Keith enjoys using the S.O.S. approach to feeding which helps to make meals more enjoyable for everyone!

Keith has received a completion certification in the D.I.R./Floortime® model from Profectum and will soon be starting theirs Fellows program. The model focuses on engaging children to foster social-emotional development. This is the heart of his practice. Keith loves to engage children in a fun way!
