I first know about the Tomatis program when my daughter was diagnosed with a hearing and listening processing disorder at the age of 7. She is on the autism spectrum, and this diagnosis helped us better understand the complex challenges in her life.

At the time, my daughter struggled with pronouncing words clearly and had difficulty with reading comprehension. She also experienced difficulty with eating and sleeping, particularly due to sensory issues. Like many children on the autism spectrum, she suffered from sensory processing disorders. After learning the Tomatis program, I came to realize that she has misophonia, a condition that causes extreme reactions to specific sounds, such as flushing toilets, hand dryers, and even rock music.

Over the past four years of using the Tomatis method, my daughter has undergone a remarkable transformation. She is no longer a picky eater, and her sleep has improved significantly. She can now comfortably use public restrooms and dry her hands without problems. Most notably, she has developed a deep love for music and enjoys playing the piano.
