I have a masters degree in Educational Psychology and worked in the educational system for 20 years as a school counselor. After finding so many families and children struggling to learn, with difficulties in both learning and attention, I decided to pursue further training to understand and to be able to help. I founded Duluth Core Learning, a cognitive training center, to help people of all ages strengthen weak underlying skills, gain confidence, and find success. Tomatis allows me to delve more deeply into the importance of our auditory system to the body and brain as well as to one’s overall sense of wellbeing. I love seeing the incredible life changes Tomatis makes in my client’s lives.

Our Center focuses on cognitive skills training, strengthening underlying skills such as: primitive reflex integration, auditory and visual processing, auditory and visual memory, processing speed, attention, and executive functioning as they apply to reading, writing, spelling, math, all learning, work efficiency, and daily functioning. Tomatis is a valuable part of helping people build these skills and become more success, comfort, and contentment in their worlds.
