Center Presentation

Led by an occupational therapist trained in working with children and teens with sensory processing delays and self-regulation challenges, as well as learning disabilities, developmental delays, processing delays and executive function challenges, this center focuses on using a bottom-up approach blending sensory integration and reflex integration alongside the Tomatis Method. By addressing the nervous system at its core, these techniques support the development of emotional regulation, attention, engagement, motor development and overall daily functioning. Areas addressed include sensory processing, self-regulation, attention, rhythm and coordination, oculomotor skills, visual perceptual ability, gross and fine motor coordination, core strength and breath control, and executive function.
